30-Day Guarantee – Torenis Shop
At Torenis Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our 30-day guarantee covers manufacturing defects and shipping damage only.
When You're Eligible for a Refund:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item never arrived (after investigation with the carrier)
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund:
Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
What Is Not Covered:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Minor color differences due to screen settings
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
Refund Process:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original free shipping is a courtesy and is non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
